4|How I Learned to Listen to People hoping I can Help with their Recovery

It was a dark and rainy day when I learned how to begin to break the stigma of drug abuse for my wonderful patients who were afraid of embracing Recovery and were coming to me for compassionate understanding , a shoulder to lean on and not be directed by some amorphous judgmental healthcare provider.  Also he grins sheepishly the day I starting my moniker from boatloads of my patients = how I became their favorite "normie-presciber"!

Starting day the with 20-40 oz of hot-water  has been a game changer for so many of my patients over the decades, whether or not they are on Suboxone or we are dealing with inflammation!
