It was a dark and rainy day when I learned how to begin to break the stigma of drug abuse for my wonderful patients who were afraid of embracing Recovery and were coming to me for compassionate understanding , a shoulder to lean on and not be directed by some amorphous judgmental healthcare provider. Also he grins sheepishly the day I starting my moniker from boatloads of my patients = how I became their favorite "normie-presciber"!

Starting day the with 20-40 oz of hot-water has been a game changer for so many of my patients over the decades, whether or not they are on Suboxone or we are dealing with inflammation! I've been prescribing the partial opioid agonist for over a decade now. I liken this medication to be effective "chemo-therapy" in OUD = opioid use disorder. I have discovered with a myriad of patients the most efficacious method of dosing the life-saving medication. Sure. it tastes like crap and tons of my patients say these methods work like "da bomb!"
